A post may be a picture, but it must also include a sentence. It should also include a brief indication of what’s happening or where in the movie the post is coming from.

Example:

Character
@myname
Mr. Keating
@ Missdeleon
Teaching my first class
“Oh captain my captain!” These boys are my experiencing poetry in a whole new way. You could tell they’re loving it.

3. (Assignment 2)HW: Write a half a page to a page about your character, use your twitter feed to help you. What was your character like/ What did they say or do to make you think this. Did they have any memorable lines that really showed character?

What was the movie about? What were the major (internal/external) conflicts? What was the narrative arc (storyline, plot) of the movie? of your character? (How did you character change? How did the school change?) What was the “dramatic vehicle” (the thing that caused things to change)? What was the fallout, result, or resolution?

4. (assignment#6) Journal #2: Write a 1/2p-1p journal in your character’s POV after the action in the movie has concluded. This can be right after the last scene or years after, when the character is older and looking back (if your character is Neal, you can write from him looking down from above or before his last scene or write from the POV of another character, like Todd, thinking about Neal)
